Hi Harold,

First of all thanks for using out OVS on Windows :).

Unfortunately at the moment OVS on windows has a limited set of actions which allows you to modify a packet and modtpsrc/modtpdst is not yet supported.

The actual change in the code for it is not that difficult to make and we will analyze if it should be added to 2.5 as well.

Do you mind sharing why do you want to use that particular action?
