Cloudbase-init is not doing the Windows setup

Hello all,

I'm trying to get the windows 10 enterprise trial working on our instance of OpenStack. I've followed this guide to get the QCOW2 image up. I have to use the OpenStack console to finish the intial setup of windows to then RDP into it.

Any ideas?

Hello,

You can simply snapshot the instance after the setup, and you will have the final sysprepped image you need.

Also, the guide you have linked is a bit outdated. We have a much simpler and updated guide here: [1]
