install_rally.sh behind a proxy
So tried combinations of exports (lower and upper), wgetrcs, etc and not getting very far.
When the virtualenv-191 installer chains off to get setuptools it basically hangs.
Any obvious things I am missing?
Hello jrack! One fast solution would be to install rally somewhere else in a virtual environment and copy it where you want to use it. Being a virtualenv it should be self-contained.
