¿Windows cloudbase-init user is only needed during VM deployment?

My question is if the cloudbase-init is also needed after the VM Deployment has finish? It is possible to replace cloudbase-init user with a domain user account after VM deployment?

The local cloudbase-init user is necessary to run user_data scripts that require an account with a full profile, for example for installing some products via MSI packages where the SYSTEM builtin user cannot be used.

The cloudbase-init service can be executed with any user, so it can replaced with a domain account (with local admin rights) if this is needed.
