SoftLayer Support?

I'm having some difficulty making this product work with the SoftLayer user data when provisioning to nodes on this cloud. Is there a procedure I need to follow to get this to work?

Same for me, seems like SoftLayer is not supported (https://cloudbase.it/cloudbase-init/):

Supported Services OpenStack Amazon EC2 OpenNebula Ubuntu MAAS
