You can find a PoC installer under: https://cloudbase.it/downloads/OpenvSwitch_prerelease.msi. A bit of warning, it is marked experimental.
You can also read more about the deployment under: https://github.com/apprenda/kubernetes-ovn-heterogeneous-cluster/tree/master/worker#windows .
The full fledged MSI with OVN binaries will come in 2.7, which should be out in the following weeks. I will update this post once it is out.
