We are using Lauchpad/Ubuntu One as a login provider. For this reason you'll need to create an Ubuntu account.
Just go to https://ask.cloudbase.it/account/signin and then click on the Launchpad icon – you'll be taken to the Ubuntu Login page. There you can either use an existing account or create a new one.
