Hi, answered in a comment on http://ask.cloudbase.it/question/405/v-magine-hanging-during-boot-of-openstack-controller/ as well, as this is a duplicate.

The issue is related to the latest CentOS 7.2, not being able to read the VFAT virtual floppy containing the kickstart. We moved to generating an ISO disk and attach a virtual cdrom instead of the floppy. Additionally, there are some minor compatibility issues for RDO on CentOS 7.2 that needed to be addressed.

We're getting a release ready and posting an update as soon as it's available.

A new version is available that fixes the issues on CentOS 7.2.
