Cannot launch instance on Hyper-V

Hi ,

I have installed hyper-v mitaka on a compute noda along with a controller node,network node(Neutron) and another compute node(KVM which is working fine and i can launch instances on it).

nova service list and neutron agent list are displaying all the services up with a smiley including the hyperv compute node.

I am trying to launch the windows cloudbase image and a Cirros vhd image and still displaying no Valid host found.
