ceilometer and gnocchi error show HTTP 404

hi , after installtion gnocchi and ceilometer and I was testing bu gnocchi status I get this error : <html><head> <title>404 Not Found</title> </head><body> Not Found The requested URL /v1/status was not found on this server. Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 8041 </body></html> (HTTP 404)

also ceilometer-upgrade show error HTTP 404 :
