Cant install Cloudbase-init 0.9.11 in W2012 R2

This is the error: Cannot find the Microsoft VC90 CRT x86 DLL

I install " Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package x86 and x64" and the error continues.

some help?

I can not install on windows server 2012 r2 x64.

version: Cloudbase-init 0.9.11
