How to rename a network interface ? [closed]

Hi all, I'm new to Cloudbase-Init, and trying to figure out how to rename a network interface for a Windows 2016. is this possible ? I'm using Cloudbase-Init within VMware vRealize Automation 8.1 (CMP).
