How to rename network interface

The renaming is dependent on the metadata type that cloudbase-init uses to apply networking.

Currently, only some metadata types (like OpenStack, MAAS) are implemented to support network interface renaming.

Please open an issue / feature request if the metadata in your case is not supported by cloudbase-init here https://github.com/cloudbase/cloudbas... . Make sure to provide an example of how the metadata looks like and how it can be accessed.
