I'm trying to create VM in HyperV, only disk is getting created, noticed that "instance-xxx" folder is getting created and deleted automatically. Can someone help?

following up to the logs you sent by email, The key error is: Unauthorized: {"error": {"message": "The request you have made requires authentication.", "code": 401, "title": "Unauthorized"}} Your neutron configuration in Hyper-V’s nova.conf is not incorrect. You can copy the details from nova.conf in your controller and apply the same values on the Hyper-V host.

Can you please post the logs on paste.openstack.org and share a link here? Logs are available in c:\OpenStack\Logs

Note: GRE is not supported on Hyper-V, so a VLAN network is needed, but this shouldn't prevent the instances from booting.
