Nano VM start fails

Running on a Ubuntu 14.04 cloud: all is working in terms of openstack:

When I add teh Hyper-V compute node and try to start a new VM it fails:

Can you please make sure that the hyperv ML2 mechanism driver is enabled on your Neutron controller? Note that networking-hyperv is required.

Can you please make sure that the hyperv ML2 mechanism driver is enabled on your Neutron controller? Note that networking-hyperv is required.
