Hello,
You can install OpenSSH server on the Windows image from https://www.mls-software.com/opensshd.html or from https://github.com/PowerShell/Win32-OpenSSH. Then, you can use any ssh client to connect with your private key associated to the ssh public key from Nova to your Windows machine and issue batch/PowerShell commands.
