Hi,

Thank you for your reply. There is no functional reason to disable it, but this new name will confuse Windows admins because all new interfaces will get regular Windows names even detaching/attaching primary NIC will do the same thing.

I am proposing to make network interface renaming optional while installing cloudbase-init service.
