Unable to boot windows image on OpenStack Icehouse - Status: 0xc0000001

Hello guys,

I've installed OpenStack Icehouse with two nodes based on this guide: https://gist.github.com/tmartinx/9177697

I'm able to successfully launch linux instances, but had no luck while trying the Windows 2012 R2 STD Eval KVM made by cloudbase (windowsserver2012r2standardevalkvm_20140607.qcow2). After uploading the image onto Glance and starting up a new instance, it gets stuck at the following screen:

Has anyone seen this screen and/or could give some directions on how to inspect/fix the problem? Just as a note, I was able to launch the same image on another OpenStack installation (version Havana).
