Pip install of cloudbase-init fails

Hi, I am currently trying to install the python package of cloudbase-init. However, I can't achieve it successfully due to a missing requirement, which is pywin32. The package just isn't available through pip, but pypiwin32 is, the pip enabled package of pywin32. Is there a way to fix this ?
