Windows : from evaluation to licensed

Hi all,

we have a cloud infrastructure (Red Hat OpenStack Platform) and we downloaded Windows OS images from here. We have activation keys and we would like to license instancese, converting them from Evaluation to licensed. When we insert the key we have a lot of different error codes but we are unable to license them.

Do you know if it is a known issue or a wanted behaviour? I see you can contact cloudbase to get "production" images paying so maybe it is a wanted behaviour the impossibility to convert an instance from Evaluation to Licensed :)
