I was looking to explore windows instance deployment on ARM hardware. I found this blog post regarding arm https://cloudbase.it/cloudbase-init-o.... Looks like it was written a while ago. Is there a cloudbase init installer available for aarch64/arm64 architecture?

Great to see you are using ARM64 hardware. There is an MSI available in the blog post link, built by myself for demo / proof of concept purposes. You can try it out, but note this is not a production MSI and should not be used in production environments.

A prebuilt release binary for OpenStackService ARM64 is available for download here: https://github.com/ader1990/OpenStackService/releases/tag/v1.arm64
Would be great if you could open an issue on https://github.com/cloudbase/cloudbas..., so that we can track the ARM64 support for Cloudbase-Init and have a temperature check on the ARM64 requirements.
