W2012R2 Fails on Icehouse

Hi, I'm using Icehouse (Red Hat distro - OSP5)

The W2012R2 Qcow2 image seems to load successfully into Openstack (using KVM hypervisor)

When I launch it however, the log in Openstack shows :

Booting from Hard Disk .... Boot failed : not a bootable disk No bootable device.

I did notice in the title bar of the log window it references qemu (connected unencrypted to qemu instance 000fcf0) . The image in glance shows as qcow2

Any help appreciated.
