can FreeRDP-WebConnect on Windows open one program

I am looking for a way to open a specific program from any browser, and not a desktop. I want users to be able to click on a link and get the program, as opposed to clicking on a link, getting a desktop, then having to open the program.

Is that possible with FreeRDP-WebConnect on Windows?
