So as of 01.07.2016 it's version 7.7 `exec_with_retry 5 0 /usr/bin/rpm -Uvh http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/7/x86_64/e/epel-release-7-7.noarch.rpm` and then change at line 185 with latest rdo-release-kilo that can be found here.
