OVSFWPortNotFound: Port ** is not managed by this agent.

Hi guys,

When I tried to spawn an instance, my Neutron OVS agent complains about OVSFWPortNotFound. I tried with Open vSwitch 2.7.0 and Open vSwitch 2.7.3 and I got the same error.

• Windows: 2012 R2 (lastest update)
